The guarantees provided by the project shall be one of the following:

1. Cash Guarantee: The financial guarantee usually represents a percentage of (15%) of the maximum taxes imposed and other taxes due for goods stored on the project site.
2. Unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee letter
3. Insurance policy issued according to the form approved by the Customs Authority including the due taxes and fees. They shall be due once requested by the Customs Authority and SCZone Authority with no consideration to the concerned party’s objection, provided that this shall be referred to in the policy.
